金属铸件的表面以及内部在制造过程中容易产生各种缺陷(例如气孔),以至影响使用。特别是对要求承受压力条件更为苛刻的套管零件或液压、气压件。粉末冶金烧结件本身就是多孔性的,烧结后若要进行电镀或气体软氮化等表面处理时,必须事先密封气孔,才能提高电镀质量。我们采用“无机型(水玻璃型)”金属浸渗液,对铸件及需要进行电镀的粉末冶金零件进行真空浸渗取得了较为满意的结果。
