在豚鼠离体主动脉实验中,六甲氧苄嗪(HMZ)随剂量增大,对主动脉的扩张效应亦逐渐增强;而β受体阻滞剂盐酸普萘洛尔则能部分抑制其扩张反应。HMZ对α受体激动剂重洒石酸去甲肾上腺素(NE)和Ca~(2+)的血管收缩效应有明显的抑制作用,效量曲线被压低,表现为非竞争性拮抗。说明HMZ的扩血管作用与α和β受体无明显关系,可能是通过对Ca~(2+)通道的抑制作用使血管扩张,且效应较三甲氧苄嗪(TMZ)明显增强。
In guinea pig isolated aorta experiments, hexamethonium (HMZ) with increasing doses, the expansion of the aortic effect also gradually increased; and β-blockers propranolol hydrochloride can partially inhibit its expansion reaction . HMZ had a significant inhibitory effect on the vasoconstrictive effect of alpha receptor agonist NE and Ca2 +, and the potency curve was depressed, showing non-competitive antagonism. These results suggest that there is no significant relationship between the vasodilator effect of HMZ and α and β receptors. This may be due to the inhibition of Ca 2+ channels to vasodilator and the effect is significantly enhanced compared with trimebutine (TMZ).
