主题班会作为德育教育和班级管理的重要形式,已经越来越受到广大班主任的喜爱,究其原因,一是内容的广泛性,有助于班集体发展的话题都可作为主题班会的核心内容。二是形式的多样性,可以采用教师为主的论理式、交流式等主题班会,充分发挥教师的主导作用,展现教师的个性和魅力。
As an important form of moral education and class management, thematic classes have become more and more popular among class teachers. The reasons are as follows: First, the content is extensive and the topics that contribute to the collective development of the class can be the core of the class.
