Polly Air Services was founded in 1986 by former Boeing Commercial Airplanes President E. H. ITeX. lBoullioun created. Initially, the company was just an agent for aircraft sales and in 1988 relied on Japan's Sumitomo Bank to enter the aircraft leasing industry. After just a few years of development, Polly now has become the world's third-largest aircraft underwriter following GECAS and ILFC with assets up to Ic
