本文追述了关于跨文化比较管理已有的15种分析框架,分析了它们的理论要点和方法视角,并综述了其学术贡献与局限。在此基础上,引入新制度主义方法,提出了基于制度与知识的冰河模型、基于世界文明体系的全球管理模式和基于制度理论的跨文化管理三个崭新的分析框架。
This article reviews the fifteen analytical frameworks for cross-cultural comparative management, analyzes their theoretical perspectives and methodological perspectives, and reviews their academic contributions and limitations. On this basis, a new institutionalist approach was introduced, and three new analytical frameworks, namely the Ice Model based on institutional and knowledge, the global management model based on the world civilization system, and the cross-cultural management based on the institutional theory, were proposed.
