一、概述微计算机与色谱仪联用,是将计算机与分折测试仪器联机使用最早的成果之一。目前,这类系统大多数属于专用机,如日本岛津的色谱数据处理器以及国内的各种用Z-80CPU 研制的数据处理机。我们设计的Apple Ⅱ—色谱仪联机系统既保留Apple Ⅱ计算机的全部功能,又可作为色谱仪的数据处理机。只需在Apple Ⅱ机内插入一块数据采集接口板(A/D 板),将色谱仪产生的信号送入计算机,数据处理全部自动化。操作过程采用人机对话方式。在用计算机采样的同时还可以并接记录仪,以便与计算机显示的图形相对照。整个系统操作简便,受到用户欢迎。
