目的:探讨景天通脉方的抗氧化作用。方法:通过大鼠肝微粒体的提取,制备Fe2+-半胱氨酸诱导的脂质过氧化损伤模型,检测景天通脉方水溶性部分的样品对丙二醛(MDA)的抑制作用的影响,观察它的抗氧化作用。结果:在Fe2+-半胱氨酸诱导的微粒体脂质过氧化模型中,大孔树脂75%乙醇分离浸膏样品(Z5)、大孔树脂95%乙醇分离浸膏样品(Z6)对MDA抑制率和IC50值均大于50%,并且反应浓度在100μg/mL和50μg/mL时,样品对MDA抑制作用明显。结论:景天通脉方具有抗氧化作用,且浓度较高作用较明显。
Objective: To investigate the anti-oxidation effect of Jingtiantongmai. METHODS: Fe2+-cysteine-induced lipid peroxidation injury model was established by the extraction of liver microsomes from rats, and the effect of the water-soluble fraction of Jingtian Tongmai on the inhibition of malondialdehyde (MDA) was examined.
