利用数量化方法,分析了花生受锈菌侵染前后体内多种生比组分的含量(活性)与品种抗病性的关系。受锈菌侵染后,花生体内还原糖的变化与品种抗病性有较大的相关性,游离氨基酸如苏氨酸、亮氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸和精氨酸等,在锈菌侵染后的某些时间内,与抗病性相关关系较高。在健康叶片中的多酚氧化酶、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、异亮氨酸和苯丙氨酸等,与抗病性也有较高的相关性。多因素组合对抗性相关分析表明,在花生盛花期健康叶片中的苏氨酸、丝氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、蛋氨酸和核酸与抗病性有较高的相关关系。
Quantitative analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the contents of various biogenic components and the disease resistance of peanut inoculated with rust before and after infection. The free amino acids such as threonine, leucine, methionine, isoleucine and arginine, Some time after the infection of the fungus, the relationship with the disease resistance is higher. In healthy leaves of polyphenol oxidase, threonine, serine, isoleucine and phenylalanine, etc., and disease resistance also have a higher correlation. Correlation analysis of multiple factors showed that there was a high correlation between threonine, serine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, methionine and nucleic acid in healthy leaves of peanut at full flowering stage and disease resistance.
