根据南方土壤偏酸而北方土壤偏碱的特点,对南方珍稀阴生观叶花木组培苗的盆土基质进行了改良试验。结果表明:以盆土Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号为基质能够有效降低北方土壤的pH值,以普通自来水+ 02% FeSO4+ 01% (NH4)2SO4 为浇灌水定期浇灌,可有效地防止盆土再碱化,使基质保持一定的酸碱度,从而使该花木在北方亦能生长好。
Based on the characteristics of partial acid in the southern soil and partial alkalinity in the northern soil, an improved test was conducted on the peat soil matrix of the tissue culture seedlings of the rare perennial foliage of Southern China. The results showed that basins Ⅰ and Ⅱ could effectively reduce the pH value of the soil in the north of China. Regular watering with +0.2% FeSO4 +0.1% (NH4) 2SO4 as watering water could effectively prevent basins Soil alkalization, the substrate to maintain a certain pH, so that the flowers and trees can grow well in the north.
