一维球列对称联系组合检定方法是由一维球列代替组合定标法中的标准尺,采用专门研制的检定装置,使一维球列三维化。用三坐标测量机对空间任意直线进行对称联系比较测量,通过数据处理,求得空间线段的测量误差,实现对一般精度三坐标测量机的精度检定。文章对该检定方法进行了精度分析与计算,检定不确定度评定结果表明该检定方法符合坐标测量机检定规程的要求,并且具有较高的检定精度,是一种简单、方便、成本低、效率高的坐标测量机精度检定新方法。
