阐述了600 MW 超临界压力锅炉垂直一次上升水冷壁水动力特性的研究结果,根据计算结果探讨了合适的节流圈组合方式和节流圈尺寸的选择,使水冷壁在各负荷下都获得满意的出口汽温分布,并对水冷壁系统的壁温分布进行了计算,从而保证在所有负荷下水冷壁系统的金属壁温处在允许范围之内。并在此基础上,论证了600 MW 超临界压力变压运行锅炉采用垂直管圈水冷壁的可能性。
The hydrodynamic characteristics of a vertical rising water wall of a 600 MW supercritical pressure boiler are discussed.
