[目的]研究水稻齐穗后叶片SPAD值衰减与氮素稻谷生产效率的关系,以期为杂交水稻氮肥高效利用的品种选育提供理论与实践依据。[方法]2008~2010年,每年以18个杂交中稻品种为材料,研究齐穗后叶片SPAD值衰减与氮素稻谷生产效率的关系。[结果]氮素稻谷生产效率与齐穗期至成熟期的植株叶片SPAD值衰减指数呈极显著正相关关系,其原因在于:SPAD值衰减指数越大,LAI衰减指数也越多,地上部干物质向穗部运转比例越高,以至氮素稻谷生产效率与收获指数呈极显著正相关。[结论]该研究建立了利用SPAD值衰减指数预测氮素稻谷生产效率的新方法。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the relationship between the decay of SPAD value and the production efficiency of nitrogen paddy after heading, and to provide theoretical and practical basis for breed selection of nitrogen fertilizer for hybrid rice. [Method] From 18 to 20 hybrid rice varieties every year from 2008 to 2010, the relationship between the decay of SPAD value and the production efficiency of nitrogen paddy after heading was studied. [Result] The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the nitrogen production efficiency and the SPAD value decay index of plant leaves at heading stage to mature stage. The reason was that the greater the attenuation index of SPAD value was, the more attenuation index of LAI was, The higher the ratio of material to ear operation, the more significant positive correlation between NUE and harvest index. [Conclusion] This study established a new method to predict the nitrogen paddy production efficiency by using SPAD value decay index.
