用12只Rows大鼠,以1.5%DCA-Na 0.05ml/100g体重经胰管逆行注射诱发实验性急性胰腺炎。术前1小时,术后8小时及处死前1小时,6只动物用栀子煎剂各2ml经口灌服,另6只则以生理盐水同样处理。术后24小时所有动物被处死而取胰,另取6只未处理动物作为正常对照。胰腺细胞的膜系统包括细胞总膜,线粒体及溶酶体膜,与DPH孵育后用荧光仪检测。实验显示胰腺炎+盐水组的膜系统的三个部分的荧光偏振度均显著增高,用栀子处理者则与正常相近。结果表明,在胰腺炎早期用栀子治疗有稳定胰腺细胞膜系统的作用。
Acute cold pancreatitis was induced by retrograde injection of Pancreatic duct in 12 Rows rats with 1.5% DCA-Na 0.05ml/100g body weight. At 1 hour before surgery, 8 hours after surgery and 1 hour before sacrifice, 6 animals were orally administered with 2 ml of gardenia decoction and the other 6 were treated with physiological saline. All animals were sacrificed 24 hours after surgery and pancreas was taken. Another 6 untreated animals were used as normal controls. The membrane system of pancreatic cells includes the total cell membrane, mitochondria, and lysosomal membranes, which are incubated with DPH and detected by a fluorometer. Experiments showed that the degree of fluorescence polarization was significantly increased in the three parts of the membrane system of the pancreatitis + saline group, and was similar to the normal treatment with the wolfberry fruit. The results showed that treatment with wolfberry in the early stage of pancreatitis had the effect of stabilizing the pancreatic cell membrane system.
