双胍类降糖药非常适用于 2型糖尿病 ( DM)伴高脂血症的患者 ,且对非 DM伴高血脂者也有调脂作用。但该类药对载脂蛋白 A1( apo A1)的作用则少见报道。为此 ,1997年 1月～ 1999年 5月 ,我们观察了临床常用的双胍类降糖药二甲双胍对 2型 DM伴高脂血症及非 DM伴高脂血症者的 apo A1
Biguanide hypoglycemic agents are well suited for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) with hyperlipidemia and also have lipid-lowering effects in non-DM with hyperlipidemia. However, the role of these drugs on apolipoprotein A1 (apo A1) is rarely reported.
