对塑料棚温室养鳖池 5次的定点采样调查结果表明 :养殖水体的污染特征主要表现为氨氮、亚硝态氮和有机耗氧量的升高 ,平均值分别为 3.85mg/L、0 .0 8mg/L和 78.0 5mg/L ;水体中异养细菌数量为 5.70× 1 0 5~ 1 .33× 1 0 8cfu/mL(g) ,水层和底泥中基本处于同一水平 ;分离鉴定出的 1 2 3株优势菌株表现为以降解蛋白质为主的芽孢杆菌属和黄杆菌属以及以分解碳水化合物为主的假单胞菌属共计 1 1个属 ;化能自养菌中的硝化细菌属数量极少 ,波动在 1 2~ 34个 /mL( g)之间
The results of fixed-point sampling on the turtle ponds in plastic shed greenhouse showed that the pollution characteristics of aquaculture water were mainly the increase of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and organic oxygen consumption, the average values were 3.85mg / L, 0 8mg / L and 78.0 5mg / L respectively. The number of heterotrophic bacteria in water was 5.70 × 105 ~ 1.33 × 108cfu / mL (g), and the water layer and sediment were in the same level. The dominant strains of 12 strains showed degrading protein-based Bacillus and Flavobacterium together with a total of 1 1 genera of Pseudomonas which decomposed carbohydrates.
