目的:对新鲜旱芹Apium graveolens全草进行化学成分研究。方法:应用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、SephadexLH-20,ODS,高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果:从新鲜旱芹70%乙醇提取物中分离得到20个化合物,分别鉴定为发卡二醇(1),(9Z)1,9-heptadecadiene-4,6-diyne-3,8,11-triol(2),oplopandiol(3),香柑内酯(4),5,8-二甲氧基补骨脂素(5),异芩皮素(6),丁香酚(7),反式阿魏酸(8),反式桂皮酸(9),阿魏酸-对羟基苯乙醇酯(10),绿原酸(11),5-反式香豆酰基奎宁酸(12),瑟丹内酯(13),lunularin(14),lunularic acid(15),2-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)-丙烷-1,3-二醇(16),D-阿洛糖(17),β-谷甾醇(18),苯甲酸(19)和丁二酸(20)。结论:化合物2,3,6,10,12,14~17系首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of fresh Apium graveolens. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, ODS, HPLC and structural elucidation by spectroscopic analysis. Results: Twenty compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of fresh celery and identified as card-issuing diol (1), (9Z) 1,9-heptadecadiene-4,6-diyne-3,8,11-triol (2), oplopandiol (3), citronellin (4), 5,8-dimethoxy psoralen (5), Scutellarin (6), eugenol (7) (8), trans-cinnamic acid (9), ferulic acid-p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol ester (10), chlorogenic acid (11), 5-transcoumaric acid (12) (13), lunularin (14), lunularic acid (15), 2- (3 -methoxy-4- hydroxyphenyl) -propane-1,3-diol 17), β-sitosterol (18), benzoic acid (19) and succinic acid (20). Conclusion: Compounds 2,3,6,10,12,14 ~ 17 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
