随着社会的发展,人们的生活水平越来越高。然而,生活在都市的人们,也患上了各种各样的“都市病”。吃精食现代都市人,吃精细的食物越来越多,常此以往会损失大量的纤维素,造成各种不良后果。而实际上,我们平时吃的标准米面的营养价值比精制食品更高。而长期吃精食可导致纤维不足,使人发生便秘、食欲不振、头痛、烦燥等。高热量的饮食、烟酒等的大量刺激,加上缺少必要的运动。使都市人糖尿病、高血压、冠心病、血管硬化、肿瘤等的发病率呈上升趋势,医学界称之为“生活方式病”。
With the development of society, people’s living standards are getting higher and higher.
