自上个世纪60年代电子期刊出现以来,电子书逐渐进入了人们的视野,并成为人们阅读生活必不可少的一部分。不论是网上在线阅读,还是下载到电子阅读器里随时浏览,都有越来越多的人加入到电子书的读者行列之中。电子书的出现,已成为促进传统书自我更新完善的动力,它契合地融入到原油的出版模式当中,并正在用自己特有的力量改变原有模式,使之更加适合新时期的出版需要。然而,电子书发展过程中却遇到版权问题,亟须采用有效措施,建立适合电子书产生、传播与利用特点的版权利益平衡机制。 Since the advent of electronic journals in the 1960s, e-books have gradually entered the field of vision and become an indispensable part of people’s reading life. The emergence of e-books has become a driving force for promoting the self-renewal and improvement of traditional books.
