在美国堪萨斯州曼哈顿国营苗圃,1年生的欧洲黑松、矮松、黄松和花旗松幼苗严重枯萎,这是一种松色二孢菌(DiplodiaPinea(Desm)Kickx)寄生的结果。用松色二孢菌单胞培养的菌丝体接种,健康的欧洲黑松幼苗30天内全部死亡,接种15天后,在死亡的幼苗上发现了典型的分生孢子器。松色二孢菌已在针叶、叶基、树皮和死亡的球果鳞片上发现,在曼哈顿堪萨斯州学院校园内成年的欧洲黑松、黄松、辛松、刚松和欧洲赤松枯枝上也被发现。在不同的寄生和不同的植物部分,松色二孢菌的器孢子隔膜是多变的。
Seedlings of one-year-old European black pine, dwarf pine, pine and Douglas fir were seriously wilted at the state nursery in Manhattan, Kansas, USA, as a result of parasitization by DiplodiaPinea (Desm) Kickx. Inoculated with mycelium cells of Monochamus alternatus, all healthy Pinus thunbergii seedlings died within 30 days and, after 15 days of inoculation, typical conidia were found on the dead seedlings. Pine needles have been found on needle cones, leaf bases, bark and dead coniferous scales. Adults in the Kansas State University campus in Manhattan are the Pinus armandii, Pinus thunbergii, Pinus sylvestris, Pinus armandi and the Pinus densiflora Also found on. In different parasitism and different parts of the plant, conidia spores diaphragm is variable.
