目的:对多发梗塞性痴呆大鼠模型进行方法学改进,以此模型对健脑益智冲剂进行药效学观察。方法:从颈外动脉逆行插管注入血栓栓子造模,观察行为学和病理形态学的影响。结果:造模后脑内存在广泛而多发的梗塞灶,学习记忆能力明显下降(P<001,P<005),中药健脑益智冲剂和喜得镇(Hydergine)药物干预后,上述改变得以明显改善。结论:此模型是进行多发梗塞性痴呆基础研究和筛选新药的理想模型。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the method of rat model of multi-infarct dementia, and to observe the pharmacodynamic effect of Jiannaoyizhi granules by this model. Methods: Thromboembolism was injected into the external carotid artery retrograde intubation to observe the effects of behavior and pathomorphology. Results: There were a wide range of multiple infarcts in the brain and the ability of learning and memory decreased significantly (P <001, P <005). After intervention of Jiannaoyi Granule and Hydergine, the above changes were obvious improve. Conclusion: This model is an ideal model for the basic research of multi-infarct dementia and screening of new drugs.
