目的:分析优质护理服务和绩效考核相结合在消毒供应室中的实施方案和实施效果。方法:对临床科室发放满意度调查表130份。在进行优质护理服务的同时分别从工作人员的服务态度、工作质量、反馈问题及时性、沟通能力等方面进行考核,将优质护理服务的内容纳入到绩效考核方案中去。结果:对2014年7月—2014年12月未开展优质护理服务与2015年1月—2015年5月开展优质护理服务后各项目比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在方案实施前后对科室8名工作人员进行问卷调查,各项目比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务贯穿于绩效考核中提高了护理人员对工作的积极性和主动服务意识,大大提高了临床科室对消毒供应室的满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the implementation plan and implementation effect of the combination of quality nursing service and performance evaluation in the disinfection supply room. Methods: Satisfaction questionnaires were distributed to 130 clinical departments. At the same time of carrying out high-quality nursing service, we conduct assessment from the aspects of staff’s attitude, quality of work, timeliness of feedback, communication ability and so on, and incorporate the content of quality nursing service into the performance appraisal plan. Results: There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the items without quality nursing services from July 2014 to December 2014 and the quality nursing services from January 2015 to May 2015. Before and after the implementation of the program on the eight department staff questionnaire survey, the items were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Quality nursing service throughout the performance appraisal to improve nurses on the enthusiasm of the work and the sense of active service, greatly improving the satisfaction of clinical departments of the disinfection supply room.
