夹层锅绝大多数只能通蒸气加热,在制备输液过程中,常出现半成品及成品的澄明度在热检时合格,冷检时不合格的现象。笔者通过试验证实其原因是:(1)原料中一部分杂质在热溶液中溶解;(2)管道本身在热溶液中微溶或脱屑。为克服上述不稳定现象,笔者将夹层锅进行了改进,经多年使用,对提高输液质量效果
The vast majority of sandwich pots can only steam heating, in the preparation of infusion process, often appear in the clarity of semi-finished products and finished products in the thermal inspection of qualified, cold inspection unqualified phenomenon. The author confirmed by the experiment that the reasons are: (1) some impurities in the raw material dissolved in hot solution; (2) the pipe itself is slightly soluble in the hot solution or scaling. In order to overcome the above instability, I improved the sandwich pot, after many years of use, to improve the quality of the infusion
