我厂在承担了巴氏合金轴瓦的浇注任务中,经十余年摸索,找到了一种既简便、又能保证质量的浇注方法。成品率由过去的不到50%,现在达到95%以上。 一、清洗轴瓦铁壳 一般浇注前,烧去旧轴瓦原被磨损的合金,在铁壳表面上搪一层锡,以免浇不牢。搪锡时,因铁壳加热温度不易掌握,往往需几经加热、刷酸、涂锡,才能完成搪锡工序。搪锡工序所耗工时,占整个浇注轴瓦工时的一半以上,十分耗时费事。
