采用 GC-MS-计算机联用技术,对夜间采集的夜来香嫩枝挥发油进行成分分析。从夜间嫩枝的挥发油中鉴定出49种化合物,占总量的80.98%,主要含甲酸二十一酯(11.28%)、沉香烷(9.70%)、2-亚油酸甘油酯(7.89%)及驱蚊叮、二十一烯、1,3-二甲苯、1,2,3-三甲苯、4-乙基-1,2-二甲苯、二十四烷、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、3-乙基甲苯等。对照夜间花朵挥发油成分,夜间嫩枝挥发油成分有近三分之一成分相同; 相同成分含量约占挥发油含量的45%;且嫩枝含油量也较高,约2.22%;可为夜来香的全面开发利用提供更多依据。
GC-MS-computer combined technique was used to analyze the constituents of the essential oil of Radix Aconiti Lateralis collected at night. Forty-nine compounds were identified from the volatile oil of twig at night, accounting for 80.98% of the total, mainly including icosyl formate (11.28%), eicosane (9.70%), Glycerides (7.89%) and insect repellent, heneicosane, 1,3-dimethylbenzene, 1,2,3-trimethylbenzene, 4-ethyl-1,2-dimethylbenzene, 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol, 3-ethyltoluene and the like. Compared with the volatile oil composition of the evening flowers, night volatile oil composition of nearly one-third of the same ingredients; the same content of about 45% of the volatile oil content; and higher oil content of the shoots, about 2.22%; for nocturnal Comprehensive development and utilization to provide more basis.
