“8001”是我院玉米所用同源于8112×5003二环系的二个非姊妹组配的一个姊妹种自交系,是经我院玉米所多次反复筛选试验取得的一项新的科研成果,被专家誉为紧凑型玉米自交系育种史上的一次新的革命。育成三年来,经我院玉米所和吉林、辽宁、河北、山东、湖北、四川等地有关单位进行大面积试验:“8001”较“478”有三大突出优点; 一、制种产量高:用“8001”做母本制种可提高制种产量30—50%,在有些地区增产达100%以上,在山东夏制和在辽宁、吉林春制,亩制种产量高
