语言是交流思想的工具。学外语不但要能够懂得别人用外语表达的思想.并且应当能自己用正确的外语表达思想。为达此目的,教师必须在教学方法上动脑筋.改变以往一贯运用的那种以教师、教材为中心,以教师传授知识为主、学生处于被动地位的传统教学方法。课堂应以学生为中心,在教师的主导作用下,保证学生有充分的机会对所学的语言知识进行操练和运用。教师不只着眼于打好学生的语言基本功,而且要把打好基本功与培养学生的自学能力和交际能力有机地结合起来。这样,经过四个学期的学习后,学生才会达到大学外语教学新大纲所要求的具有较强的阅读能力,一定的听的能力,初步的写和说的能力。
Language is a tool for exchanging ideas. Learning a foreign language should not only be able to understand other people’s ideas expressed in a foreign language, but also be able to express yourself in the correct foreign language. In order to achieve this goal, teachers must use their teaching methods to change the traditional teaching methods of using teachers and teaching materials as the center, transferring knowledge mainly from teachers and students in a passive position. Classroom should be student-centered, under the leading role of the teacher, to ensure that students have ample opportunity to practice and apply the language knowledge. Teachers not only focus on the basic skills of students to lay a solid foundation, but also to lay a solid foundation and students’ self-learning ability and communicative ability organically combined. In this way, after four semesters of study, students will achieve the ability of reading ability, listening ability, preliminary writing and speaking required by the new program of university foreign language teaching.
