我是铅锌矿机修车间管道班班长。全班成员共15人,都是青一色的小伙子,担负着全矿井上、井下以及整个矿区生活饮水管道的维修与安装工作。几年来,全班同心协力,共同拼搏,为矿山建设做出了一定成绩,先后荣获局矿先进班组及省、市青年突击队光荣称号。作为一名班长,所做的一切始终离不开领导的信任和群众的支持。在工会组长和班委会成员的鼎力协助下,我主要在以下几个方面开展班组工作: 一、加强内部团结,搞好班组建设 在班组这样一个集体里,团结与否显得至关重要,尤其象我们这样的青年班组。为了搞好班组成员的团结,我力争消除一团隔阂,合理调解一切纠纷。对于个别青年的火爆脾气,进行耐心细致的说服工作。向其讲述同事之间、师徒之间团结友爱的重要性,逐步培养感情,使人人都懂得珍惜友情,个个都能做到不利于团结的话不说,不利于团结的事不做。在我们班里,同志们每天在一起工作的时间要比与家人在一起的时间多,因此,必须让每个人都能感受到大家庭的温暖。在工作稍有空闲时,便抽出部分人员大搞班组园地建设和文明卫生,渐渐形成了一个舒适的工作环境,特别是借现场管理这股东风,使班组建没跃上新台阶。现在大家每天早展从推开大门起就如同走进自己的家,有种归宿感和轻松愉悦的心情,团结搞好了,对于启动 I am the lead shift supervisor of lead and zinc mine mechanic workshop. In order to do a good job of the unity of team members, I strive to eliminate a gap and rationally mediate all disputes. For individual’s hot temper, patiently and meticulously convinced. To tell them about the importance of solidarity and friendship among their colleagues and mentoring, and gradually cultivate their feelings, so that everyone can understand how to cherish friendship, and all of them can do things that are not conducive to unity, and do not say anything that is not conducive to unity. In our class, comrades spend more time working together each day than their family members. Therefore, everyone must feel the warmth of the extended family. When the work is slightly idle, some people are drawn out to vigorously promote the construction of the campus and civilized sanitation. Gradually, a comfortable working environment has been formed. In particular, the winds of the shareholders have been managed on the spot and the class formation has not yet reached a new level. Now everybody’s morning show is like going into your own home from the moment you open the door. There is a sense of belonging and a relaxed and happy mood. Unity is done well.
