多孔沥青混合料所形成的大空隙结构,使其在压实特性上与密级配沥青混合料存在较大差异,而规范上对于多孔沥青混合料的压实技术没有特定说明。通过室内旋转压实方法成型多孔沥青混合料试件,对其压实特性进行分析,得出多孔沥青混合料在施工压实阶段的可压实性较好,较之与密级配沥青混合料,达到相同密实度时所需压实功较小。现场试验路的压实结果验证了室内研究结果,即多孔沥青混合料所需施工压实功较小。施工中,推荐初压采用10~12 t压路机静压2遍,复压和终压采用13~16 t压路机,各静压2~3遍。

Porous asphalt mixture specimens were formed by room rotary compaction method. The compaction characteristics of the porous asphalt mixtures were analyzed. It was found that the compaction of porous asphalt mixture was better during the compaction stage. Compared with the dense graded asphalt mixture, The compacting power required to achieve the same degree of compactness is small. The compaction results of the on-site test road verified the indoor research results that the compaction effort required for porous asphalt mixture is small. During construction, it is recommended that the initial pressure should be 10 times of the static pressure of 10 t roller press, and the pressure and final pressure of 13 ~ 16 t roller be used. The static pressure should be 2 to 3 times.
