妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)已成为严重危害孕产妇健康和围生期新生儿死亡的重要原因之一。越来越多的研究表明,它的发生与孕妇脂质代谢障碍、遗传因素、孕妇及胎盘血管内皮损伤有密切关系,并不是单一因素决定的,而是分子、组织、器官和系统改变与遗传因素、环境共同作用的结果。其中由于氧化应激引起的血管内皮病变,进而导致胎盘低灌注状态,胎盘和脐带供血、供氧不足,是妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇发生胎儿窘迫,甚至胎死宫内主要原因。本文从多角度、多方面讨论氧化应激与妊娠期糖尿病的研究进展。
