贵州企业决策者研究会于近期在贵州轮胎厂举行研讨会,其中心议题是如何搞活国有大中型企业。省经委主任王淑森到会,传达了国务院第七次会议的精神,突出强调了国有大中型企业的地位和作用,分析了国有企业的发展态势和所面临的实际困难,并联系我省实际,从国有企业要尽快建立企业优胜劣汰机制、自负盈亏机制、奖励与约束机制和市场竞争机制等方面谈了自己的看法。他认为,企业要处理好改革与发展的关系,要有发展眼光,要抓紧推广科技进步和提高劳动者素质的工作,准备迎接新一轮的挑战。王淑森同志的发言打开了与会者的思路,围绕着国有大中型企业如何走出困境,迎接市场经济的挑战的议题,研究会成员展开了 The Guizhou Business Decision-makers’ Research Society recently held a seminar at the Guizhou Tire Factory. Its central theme is how to invigorate state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. Wang Shusen, director of the Provincial Economic Commission, attended the meeting and conveyed the spirit of the Seventh Meeting of the State Council. He emphasized the status and role of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, analyzed the state of development of state-owned enterprises and the practical difficulties they faced, and contacted the reality of our province. State-owned enterprises should talk about their own opinions on establishing a mechanism for the survival of the fittest, a mechanism for self-financed profit and loss, an incentive and restraint mechanism, and a market competition mechanism as soon as possible. He believes that in order to handle the relationship between reform and development, enterprises must have a vision for development. They must pay close attention to promoting scientific and technological advancement and improving the quality of workers, and be prepared to meet the new challenges. Comrade Wang Shusen’s remarks opened the participants’ thinking and revolved around the topics of how state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises emerge from the predicament and meet the challenges of the market economy.
