目的 :探讨蛇葡萄根对刀豆蛋白 A (Con A)诱导小鼠肝损伤模型肝组织 Fas抗原表达的影响。方法 :采用Con A诱导建立小鼠肝损伤模型 ,与地塞米松对照 ,观察蛇葡萄根高、中、低剂量组对小鼠肝脏病理变化和肝组织中Fas抗原表达的影响。结果 :蛇葡萄根高、中剂量组可减轻肝脏病理变化 ,减少肝细胞 Fas抗原表达 ,与地塞米松组比较差异无显著性意义。结论 :蛇葡萄根可通过抑制肝细胞 Fas抗原表达来阻断肝细胞凋亡的发生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of snake grape root on expression of Fas antigen in hepatic tissue of liver injury model induced by Con A in mice. Methods: The mouse model of hepatic injury induced by Con A was established and compared with dexamethasone to observe the effect of high, medium and low dose snake roots on the pathological changes of liver and the expression of Fas antigen in liver tissue. Results: Compared with dexamethasone group, the root height and middle dose of snake grape reduced the pathological changes of liver and decreased the expression of Fas antigen in hepatocytes. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The snake grape roots can inhibit the occurrence of hepatocyte apoptosis by inhibiting the expression of Fas antigen in hepatocytes.
