细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(cytokine-induced killer,CIK)是一种由多种细胞因子诱导的以表达CD3+和CD56+细胞为主的异质性细胞群,对多种肿瘤细胞均有明显的细胞毒活性,即使对化疗失败多重耐药肿瘤细胞亦能产生显著的效果。CIK通过表达CD56分子促进细胞间的黏附和结合,可释放穿孔素、细胞溶解素等使靶细胞产生渗透性溶解,当效靶细胞比为30∶1时,抑瘤效果较好,且不易引起移植物抗宿主病,仅有发热等轻度不良反应。CIK治疗可明显提高肿瘤患者生存率,改善晚期肿瘤患者的生存质量,延长生存期,是一种安全有效的过继免疫治疗方法。
