茶多酚作为天然的抗氧化剂已被广泛用于食品、药品领域。在茶多酚的提取中,有乙酸乙酯萃取后浓缩干燥的工艺。因此有必要测定茶多酚中乙酸乙酯含量。本文应用顶空气相色谱法测定茶多酚中乙酸乙酯,应用此法具有前处理简单,分析快速,灵敏、重现性好等优点,现介绍如下:材料与方法1．仪器:上海分析仪器厂1002型气相色谱带FID检测器。超级恒温水浴锅,100ml顶空瓶。
Tea polyphenols as natural antioxidants have been widely used in food, medicine field. In the extraction of tea polyphenols, ethyl acetate extraction and drying process. Therefore it is necessary to determine the content of ethyl acetate in tea polyphenols.
