本文以电子商务行业为对象,归纳了电商平台企业价值货币化的主要类型:会员费收入和交易费收入、广告收入和竞价排名收入、增值服务收入、跨界收入,并进一步论述了相应的价值获取机制:客户锁定、结构洞、注意力配置、创新。
In this paper, the e-commerce industry as the object, summed up the main types of monetization platform enterprise value monetization: membership fee and transaction fee income, advertising revenue and PPC revenue, value-added service revenue, cross-border revenue, and further elaborated the corresponding Value access mechanism: customer lock, structure hole, attention allocation, innovation.
