科索沃这场历时78天的战争已于6月20日停止了。北约并未完全达到战役企图；南联盟虽然遭到重大损失，但保存了实力。这场交战双方都没有胜利的战争对世人有着深刻的启示。由此引发了世界各国的思索──在不对称战争中寻求答案。
The 78-day war in Kosovo ended on 20 June. NATO did not fully reach its goal of the campaign. Although the FRY suffered heavy losses, it maintained its strength. The war that has not won both belligerents has profound implications for the world. This has given rise to the thinking of all nations in the world - seeking answers in asymmetrical wars.
