各有关部门:侯祥麟,1912年出生,中国共产党党员(1938年入党),中国科学院、中国工程院院士,原石油工业部副部长,现任中国石油学会名誉理事长,世界石油大会中国国家委员会荣誉主任。侯祥麟同志是世界著名的石油化工科学家,是我国石油化工技术的开拓者之一,我国炼油技术的奠基人。他成功领导研制了原子能工业分离铀-235装置急需的油品和导弹所需的高精密仪表油、脂系列产品;指导解决了国产喷气燃料对喷气发动机镍铬合金火焰筒的烧蚀问题;领导研究成功流化催化裂化、催化重整、延迟焦化、尿素脱蜡和相关催化剂、添加剂等5个方面重大新技术并实现了工业化;参与历次国家和部门科技发展规划的制定、协调和实施。2003年,他在91岁高龄,还主持了国家重大课题“中国可持续发展油气资源战略研究”的项目研究。侯祥麟同志为我国的科技事业,特别是为我国的石油、石化事业的发展,做出了卓越的贡献。 All relevant departments: Hou Xianglin, born in 1912, member of the Communist Party of China (joining the Party in 1938), academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, former deputy minister of the Ministry of Petroleum Industry, now honorary chairman of the Chinese Petroleum Institute, and honorary director of the China National Committee for the World Petroleum Congress. Comrade Hou Xianglin is a world renowned petrochemical scientist and one of the pioneers of petrochemical technology in China. He is the founder of China’s oil refining technology. He succeeded in leading the development of the high-precision instrument oils and grease products needed by the atomic energy industry to sequester the oil and missiles desperately needed for uranium-235 devices; guiding and resolving the domestic ablation problems of jet fuel on the nichrome flame tube of jet engines; and leading To study and successfully industrialized 5 major new technologies such as successful fluid catalytic cracking, catalytic reforming, delayed coking, urea dewaxing, and related catalysts and additives; and to participate in the formulation, coordination and implementation of science and technology development plans of various countries and sectors. In 2003, at the age of 91, he also conducted a project study on the major issue of China’s Strategic Research on Oil and Gas Resources for Sustainable Development in China. Comrade Hou Xianglin made outstanding contributions to China’s science and technology, especially to the development of China’s petroleum and petrochemical industry.
