本文以TN矫治器为基础,寻找出一个相当于磨牙阻抗中心的着力点。它将活动和固定矫治技术结合在一起,最大限度地增加支抗牙的数目,充分利用颌内交互支抗,并使单纯以后牙为支抗的时间减少。通过这几方面的协同作用来增强后牙的支抗作用。作者只应用颌内支抗,经93例临床应用.支抗磨牙平均前移0.58mm,无一例发展到由于支抗磨牙失控而造成关系破坏。
This article based on the TN appliance, to find a point equivalent to the grinding teeth impedance center.
