建筑行业的咨询专业人员的专业知识的管理,是将个人知识、企业知识及项目知识需求三者结合,利用这一过程对企业整体软实力进行判断,并提出优化方案,是对企业知识表示和人员组织结构加以修正及重组。另一方面,知识管理的应用要求建立统一的电子咨询服务系统,对咨询行业整体进行人员与知识进行组合,从而促使建筑咨询企业发生变革,形成整体的知识进化体系。
The professional knowledge management of consulting professionals in the construction industry is a combination of personal knowledge, corporate knowledge, and project knowledge needs. This process is used to judge the overall soft power of the company and to propose an optimization plan that represents the knowledge of the company. The organizational structure of the personnel was revised and reorganized. On the other hand, the application of knowledge management requires the establishment of a unified electronic consulting service system, which combines personnel and knowledge in the consulting industry as a whole, thereby stimulating the transformation of construction consulting companies and forming an overall knowledge evolution system.
