目的探讨γ射线模拟核设施检修职业照射对大鼠血细胞的影响。方法无特定病原体级健康成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为5个照射剂量组和1个对照组,照射剂量组接受137Csγ射线小剂量率照射,累积剂量分别为0.05、0.20、0.50、1.00和2.00 Gy;对照组不接受照射。照射结束后第2天和第11天,进行大鼠血液白细胞计数(WBC)及其分类、红细胞计数、血小板计数、血红蛋白(Hb)水平检测。结果①γ射线照射累积剂量0.50 Gy以上可以造成WBC在照射结束后第2天暂时降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),照射结束后第11天恢复正常。②0.05~0.50 Gy剂量可导致单核细胞(Mo)比例在照射结束后第11天升高。③1.00 Gy以上剂量可导致Hb水平在照射结束后第11天降低,照射结束后第2天和第11天淋巴细胞比例均降低,Mo比例均升高,此3项指标分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论γ射线模拟职业照射对大鼠WBC及其分类有明显影响,1.00 Gy以上剂量可能造成受照大鼠在照射结束一段时间后发生贫血。
Objective To investigate the effect of γ-ray simulated nuclear facility on the maintenance of blood cells in occupational exposure to occupational exposure. Methods Healthy adult male SD rats without specific pathogen were randomly divided into five irradiation dose groups and one control group. The irradiation dose groups were exposed to low dose 137Csγ ray dose, the cumulative doses were 0.05, 0.20, 0.50, 1.00 and 2.00 Gy The control group did not receive irradiation. On day 2 and day 11 after irradiation, rat white blood cell count (WBC) and its classification, red blood cell count, platelet count and hemoglobin (Hb) level were measured. Results ① The cumulative dose of γ-rays above 0.50 Gy caused a temporary decrease of WBC on the second day after irradiation. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), and returned to normal on the 11th day after the irradiation. (2) 0.05 ~ 0.50 Gy dose can lead to monocyte (Mo) ratio increased 11 days after irradiation. ③ The doses of more than 1.00 Gy could reduce the levels of Hb on the 11th day after the irradiation, and the proportion of lymphocytes on the 2nd and 11th days after irradiation decreased, while the proportion of Mo increased, all of these 3 indexes were compared with the control group , The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05 and P <0.01). Conclusion γ-rays simulated occupational exposure has a significant effect on WBC and its classification in rats. A dose of 1.00 Gy may cause anemia in irradiated rats after a certain period of irradiation.
