目的:评价不同参数的Er:YAG激光与脱敏牙膏联合应用对牙本质小管的封闭效果。方法:选择新鲜拔除的完整人第三磨牙6个制备成24个0.8 mm厚的牙本质片,随机分为4组:A组(对照)、B组(单纯Er:YAG激光照射,40 m J),C组(激光40 m J联合脱敏牙膏组),D组(激光60 m J联合脱敏牙膏)。SEM观察牙本质片。结果:SEM显示,A组牙本质小管口开放,管径一致;B组牙本质表面部分呈熔融状,部分牙本质小管口被封闭或缩小;C组牙本质表面呈熔融样均匀改变,牙本质小管口关闭的数量增加;D组牙本质表面呈熔融样均匀改变,几乎所有的牙本质小管口都呈封闭状态,牙本质表面未见裂隙或碳化等过熔融的表现。结论:适当能量和照射时间的Er:YAG激光与脱敏牙膏联合应用较单独使用Er:YAG激光能产生更好的牙本质小管封闭效果。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of different parameters of Er: YAG laser in combination with desensitizing toothpaste on the dentinal tubules. Methods: Totally 24 intact human third molars (6 teeth) were randomly divided into four groups: group A (control), group B (Er: YAG laser only, 40 m J ), Group C (laser 40 m J desensitized toothpaste group), group D (laser 60 m J desensitized toothpaste). SEM observation of dentin tablets. Results: SEM showed that the dentinal orifice of group A was open with the same diameter. The surface of dentin in group B was melted and part of the dentinal orifice was closed or contracted. The surface of dentin in group C was uniformly changed in melt, The number of small orifice closed increased; D group dentin surface melting uniform change, almost all of the dentin orifice were closed state, dentin surface no cracks or carbonization over-melting performance. CONCLUSION: The combination of Er: YAG laser with desensitizing toothpaste with proper energy and irradiation time can produce better dentinal tubule sealing effect than using Er: YAG laser alone.
