目的:探讨清热解毒方对脓毒症大鼠血液中淋巴细胞、单核细胞和中性粒细胞黏附分子表达的影响。方法:采用盲肠结扎穿孔法制备脓毒症大鼠模型。将Wistar大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、清热解毒方组(分为高、低两个剂量组),采用流式细胞术分别观察各组血液中免疫细胞数量的变化和细胞表面黏附分子CD11b/c,CD62L和CD54表达的情况。结果:模型组大鼠血细胞CD11b/c,CD54表达增高,而CD62L表达降低,与正常组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),与模型组比较清热解毒方组CD11b/c,CD54的表达显著降低(P<0.05),而CD62L的表达显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:清热解毒方能调整血液中多种细胞黏附分子的异常表达,改善机体的免疫状态。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qingre Jiedu Fang on the expression of lymphocyte, monocyte and neutrophil adhesion molecules in blood of septic rats. Methods: The septic rat model was made by cecal ligation and puncture. The Wistar rats were divided into normal control group, model group and Qingrejiedu Fang group (divided into high and low dose groups). Flow cytometry was used to observe the changes of the number of immune cells and the expression of cell surface adhesion molecules CD11b / c, CD62L and CD54 expression. Results: Compared with the normal group, the expression of CD11b / c and CD54 in the model group was increased and the expression of CD62L was decreased, compared with the normal group (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the expressions of CD11b / c and CD54 were significantly increased (P <0.05), while the expression of CD62L was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qingrejiedu can regulate the abnormal expression of many cell adhesion molecules in the blood and improve the immune status.
