采用六硝基芪Ⅱ(HNSⅡ)微爆索切割航空有机玻璃(PMMA)板。在改进的实验装置上,针对3种不同长度的PMMA板材,在3种不同温度下,完成了45次微爆索爆炸切割PMMA板实验,研究温度、尺寸和边界约束对切割效果的影响。实验结果表明,在所研究的范围内,温度、尺寸和边界约束条件对爆炸切割PMMA板的效果影响甚微,可以忽略不计。因此,元件的实验参数和结果,可以直接用来指导真实件实验,为弹射救生系统的设计和改进提供科学依据。
Aero-plexiglass (PMMA) board was cut with HNSⅡ micro burst cable. In the improved experimental setup, PMMA plates of 45 different detonation cord explosions were cut at 3 different temperatures for 3 different lengths of PMMA plates to study the effect of temperature, size and boundary constraints on the cutting performance. The experimental results show that temperature, size and boundary constraints have little effect on the effect of the explosive-cut PMMA plate in the range studied, and can be neglected. Therefore, the experimental parameters and the results of the components can be directly used to guide the real-life experiments to provide a scientific basis for the design and improvement of the ejection lifesaving system.
