目的探讨大黄联合枯草杆菌二联活菌对急性化脓性腹膜炎大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素-6(IL-6)的调控作用。方法选取Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、枯草杆菌二联活菌组和大黄联合枯草杆菌二联活菌组,观察各组大鼠血清和各脏器组织TNF-α、IL-6、白细胞计数变化。结果造模后72 h枯草杆菌二联活菌组和大黄联合枯草杆菌二联活菌组的血清TNF-α、IL-6、白细胞计数均显著低于造模后24 h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);造模后72 h,大黄联合枯草杆菌二联活菌组血清TNF-α、IL-6均显著低于枯草杆菌二联活菌组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);大黄联合枯草杆菌二联活菌组造模后72 h肺、肾、腹膜、肝、小肠等脏器TNF-α、IL-6均显著低于枯草杆菌二联活菌组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大黄联合枯草杆菌二联活菌能降低急性化脓性腹膜炎大鼠血清和各脏器TNF-α、IL-6水平量。
Objective To investigate the regulation of TNF-α and IL-6 by rhubarb combined with Bacillus subtilis viable viable bacteria in rats with acute suppurative peritonitis. Methods Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Bacillus subtilis viable cell group and rhubarb combined with Bacillus subtilis viable cell group. The levels of TNF-α , IL-6, white blood cell count changes. Results Serum TNF-α, IL-6 and leukocyte counts of B. subtilis viable combination group and rhubarb combined with B. subtilis at 72 h after modeling were significantly lower than those at 24 h after modeling, with statistical differences (P <0.05). At 72 h after model establishment, the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of Rhubarb combined with Bacillus subtilis viable were significantly lower than those of Bacillus subtilis (P <0.05). The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in lung, kidney, peritoneum, liver, small intestine and other organs at 72 h after rhizobium combined with B. subtilis viable cells were significantly lower than those of B. subtilis viable cells All were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Rhubarb combined with B. subtilis viable can reduce the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum and various organs in acute suppurative peritonitis rats.
