目的探讨高压静电空气消毒法在口腔诊室中的应用效果。方法选取2012年8月至2013年11月两间相似的牙科诊室作为研究场所,选取其中一间诊室作为试验组,采用高压静电空气消毒法,内置MKJ-600型空气消毒洁净器。另外一间诊室作为对照组,采用紫外线进行消毒。对两组诊室同时进行细菌采样,每隔2h测定一次细菌菌落数,分别记录开机前、开机2h、4h、6h、8h、10h的菌落数量,检查开机时平均人员数、平均湿度以及平均温度。结果开机时两组平均人员数、平均湿度以及平均温度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组诊室开机2h、4h、6h、8h、10h的菌落数均明显小于开机前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组诊室开机2h、4h、6h、8h、10h的菌落数明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压静电空气消毒法在口腔诊室中的消毒效果明显,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the effect of high-pressure electrostatic air disinfection in oral clinic. Methods Two similar dental clinics from August 2012 to November 2013 were selected as research sites. One of the clinics was selected as the experimental group and the MKJ-600 air disinfection cleaner was built by high-voltage electrostatic air disinfection method. Another clinic as a control group, the use of ultraviolet disinfection. Bacteria were sampled simultaneously in two clinics. The number of bacterial colonies was measured every 2 hours. The number of colonies before start-up, 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h and 10h after start-up was recorded. The average number of personnel, average humidity and average temperature during start-up were also checked. Results There was no significant difference in the average number of staff, average humidity and average temperature between the two groups at power-on (P> 0.05). The numbers of colonies at 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h and 10h after starting up in both groups were significantly lower than those before startup (P <0.05). The numbers of colonies in experimental group at 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h and 10h after start-up were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion High-voltage electrostatic air disinfection disinfection in the oral clinic obvious effect, safe and reliable.
