中国已经进入到一个老板辈出的时代。由于中国改革具有重点激励经济发展单兵突进的特点,因此财富价值与富人形象所得到的社会推崇的广度与高度都是前所未有的,也是其他社会难以相提并论的。更多的老板为更多的员工创造了就业机会,更多更好的员工支撑更多的老板出现及帮助老板们获得更大的成功。同时,老板和员工的关系也出现了一些新的特点,呈现出既有兼容性又有斗争性的博弈关系。如何在这种新型组织关系中有效地发展自身是老板、员工、将为老板者和将为员工者都关心的问题。
