用不同低浓度玉米小斑病菌T毒素培养滤液处理玉米叶片,检测玉米叶片中MDA含量变化。结果表明,以1∶40的低浓度T毒素预处理的效果最好。96h的动态测试中,MDA含量较对照平均下降43.8%,从而说明低浓度T毒素培养滤液本身能够作为激发子来诱导玉米的系统获得性抗性。
Maize leaves were treated with different concentrations of T toxin of Toxoplasma grisea to detect the changes of MDA content in maize leaves. The results showed that pretreatment with low concentration of T toxin 1:40 was the best. 96 h dynamic test, MDA content decreased by an average of 43.8% compared with the control, indicating that the low concentration of T toxin culture filtrate itself can serve as an elicitor to induce systemic acquired resistance of maize.
