核心力量训练是近年来新兴的一种体能训练方法,已经在世界范围内引起广泛关注,并已经逐步应用于专业运动员训练中。核心力量训练在军校这类对体能要求较高的机构内具有广阔的应用前景,但现阶段大部分军校仍然沿用过去的传统训练模式,核心力量训练在军校内还没有得到推广。本文从辨析核心力量训练与传统力量训练的相关概念出发,介绍了军校目前采用的几种体能训练方式及其局限性,提出在军校学员体能训练中引入核心力量训练的重要意义和可行项目。为了进一步研究核心力量训练对于军校学员体能的影响,本文选取成绩相近的部分学员进行分组对照实验,记录实验前后的体能测试成绩,运用统计学方法对实验结果进行处理,从而证明了核心力量训练对于军校学员体能具有明显的提升作用,最后对本次研究工作进行了总结和展望。
The core strength training is a new kind of physical training method in recent years, which has aroused widespread concern all over the world and has been gradually applied to the training of professional athletes. The core force training has broad application prospects in institutions such as military schools that require higher physical fitness. However, most military academies still follow the traditional training mode of the past and the core strength training has not been promoted within the military academy. Based on the analysis of the related concepts of core strength training and traditional strength training, this paper introduces several kinds of physical training methods and their limitations currently adopted by military academies, and puts forward the importance and feasibility of introducing core strength training in cadets’ physical training. In order to further study the impact of core strength training on the physical ability of military cadets, this paper selects some students with similar scores to conduct grouping control experiments, records the physical test scores before and after the experiment, and uses the statistical method to deal with the experimental results, which proves that the core strength training The physical ability of cadets has obviously promoted. Finally, the research work is summarized and prospected.
