同步辐射光电离质谱技术是研究小分子团簇的重要手段。通过测量团簇离子的产生阈值,可获得团簇的电离势、离解能、质子亲和能、溶剂化作用能、生成热等热化学数据;通过电离离解产物的测量,可以了解团簇内的质子转移、电子转移、离子-分子反应等弛豫过程。本文对同步辐射光电离质谱实验装置、小分子团簇的热化学及弛豫过程作了较详细的介绍。
Synchrotron radiation photoionization mass spectrometry is an important method to study small molecular clusters. The ionization potential, dissociation energy, proton affinity energy, solvation energy, heat generation and other thermochemical data of the cluster can be obtained by measuring the generation threshold of the cluster ions. By measuring the ionization dissociation products, Proton transfer, electron transfer, ion - molecular reaction relaxation process. In this paper, synchrotron radiation photoionization mass spectrometer experimental device, the thermochemical and relaxation processes of small molecular clusters are described in more detail.
