目的:探讨分析健康教育最佳模式对慢阻肺病人的行为改善作用。方法:此研究中所讨论的84例患者均随机选取于2013年4月至2015年7月期间我院所收治的慢阻肺患者中,随机将84例患者分两组讨论,对照组42例,研究组42例,对照组接受常规教育方式,研究组接受健康教育最佳模式,对比分析教育后两组患者各状况。结果:从两组患者忘记用药、自行加药、自行停药、不按规律用药、生活方式不健康等方面评分上来看,研究组比对照组更优,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床可给予慢阻肺疾病患者健康教育最佳模式进行教育,此方式对患者行为改善作用明显,降低并发症发生率,在提升其生活质量上存在有利作用。
Objective: To analyze and analyze the best mode of health education on the behavior of COPD patients to improve. METHODS: Eighty-four patients in this study were randomly selected from 84 patients with COPD treated in our hospital from April 2013 to July 2015, and were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, 42 patients , Study group of 42 cases, the control group received conventional education, the study group received the best model of health education, comparative analysis of education after the two groups of patients status. Results: Compared with the control group, the study group was superior to the control group in terms of scores of forgetting medication, self-medicating, stopping drug on their own, not taking regular medication, unhealthy life style, and the data between groups were statistically significant (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: The best mode of health education for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can be given clinical education. This method has obvious effect on improving patients’ behavior, reducing the incidence of complications and improving their quality of life.
