测量了新型晶体NdS-FAP,[NdSr5(PO4)3F]的非偏振光吸收光谱。它具有宽的有效吸收带,在575nm和804.5nm处有二个强的吸收峰。采用微型氙灯泵浦实现了自由运转和染料片调Q运转。激光输出波长为1.059μm。自由运转的阈值能量仅为150mJ,斜效率为1.25%;调Q输出的峰值功率密度为10MW/cm2。测量了发射光谱及不同腔长、不同染料片小信号透射率情况下的输出能量、脉冲宽度等。
The non-polarized light absorption spectra of [NdSr5 (PO4) 3F] of the novel crystal NdS-FAP were measured. It has a broad effective absorption band with two strong absorption peaks at 575 nm and 804.5 nm. Miniature xenon lamp pump to achieve free operation and dye film Q operation. Laser output wavelength of 1.059μm. The free-running threshold energy is only 150 mJ and the ramp efficiency is 1.25%. The peak power density of the Q-switched output is 10 MW / cm 2.
